After receiving your order, we will create your unique floor plan art based on the details we request via message.
We will draw your desired floor plan in your preferred color scheme.

【Production Process】
① After order confirmation, we will contact you via email. Please send us a photo or drawing of the floor plan along with your desired color scheme. You can also leave the color scheme up to us. If you have a preference for portrait or landscape orientation, please inform us at this time.

→Production begins: Usually takes about 1 to 2 months. (Varies by size.)

② Upon completion, we will send you an image data of the original artwork via email (an image of the original artwork taken with a camera and color-corrected). At this time, we will accept requests for revisions or additional drawings within a feasible range. Please note that changes to portrait/landscape orientation cannot be accepted.

About the artwork

• Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual artwork may vary in color and design.
• Returns or exchanges due to customer convenience cannot be accepted.
• Please note that changes to portrait/landscape orientation cannot be accepted after the painting is complete.

About transactions

• Communication regarding transactions will be conducted via chat in the bottom right corner of this site or via the email address used during your order.
• After your order, we may send emails to your order email address with notifications or to confirm details.

About shipping

• Although different from the photo, it will be mailed with a temporary frame (a frame without an acrylic panel). If you wish for a permanent frame (one with an acrylic panel), we will provide a separate quote.
• After payment confirmation, production will begin, and upon completion, it will usually be shipped within 2 weeks. (Production period + 2 weeks)
• Shipping for custom-ordered artwork is free.
• During holidays such as Obon, Golden Week, and year-end/New Year, there may be a delay of several days. Additionally, please note that shipping may be delayed if orders are backed up.
• When shipping overseas, customs duties and import taxes may apply. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. (Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.)
